“I graduated from the Queen Mary’s College, Mylapore, Chennai in the year 1970. My father’s happiness was that he showed it by sending me a postal card putting the Degree after my name !
I did my Graduation after my marriage after my school finals.
Thanks to my wonderful husband for his support.
After me, my elder sister did her Degree after marriage after her school finals followed by 5 Degrees reaching to the top with her Doctorate qualification.
My younger brother did his Post Graduation in Public Administration and also completed his Law Degree both from Madras University.
Rest of the generation are all well qualified and well settled all over the world..
So mine is a better start and I am very thankful to the Almighty for that.”
